By downloading, installing, or using WizEagle ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

WizEagle is an educational application that allows users to discover topics, collect knowledge cards (WizCards), explore interactive learning decks (WizDecks), read in-depth articles (WizBooks), and track their learning progress.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use WizEagle. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account

4. Free and Premium Tiers

Free Tier

The free tier includes:

• Browsing the discovery feed
• Collecting WizCards
• Previewing WizDecks (limited cards per deck)
• WizWorld map exploration
• WizTree progress tracking
• Limited daily spaced repetition questions

Premium Subscription

The premium subscription provides:

• Full access to all WizDeck content
• Full access to all WizBooks
• Unlimited spaced repetition questions
• Access to future premium features

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law or app store policies

6. Content

Our Content

All educational content in WizEagle (WizCards, WizDecks, WizBooks, images, and text) is owned by or licensed to WizEagle. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

Content Accuracy

We strive for accuracy in all educational content. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. Educational content should not be relied upon as a sole source for academic, professional, or safety-critical decisions.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute app content
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits
• Interfere with the app's operation or other users' experience

8. Intellectual Property

WizEagle, including its name, logo, design, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The WizEagle name and eagle logo are trademarks of WizEagle.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases and your data may be deleted.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIZEAGLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
